Using GVOR with arbitrary stop on MX1
Hello, I am learning VOR approaches at a local airport that does not have a VOR/DME. I would like to use the GVOR function with an arbitrary stop as the VOR instead of just using the ones available in the nav database. Is there a way to do this on MX1? Thanks.

Simply add a supplementary waypoint of type VOR at the desired location.
Menu->Supplementary waypoint editor
Use "Filter" to allow the display of Navaids.
Tap "Mode/Select"
Choose "Add Waypoint"
Choose "Make new Waypoint"
Enter details, waypoint name, choose type "VOR". Enter coordinates. Choose "Accept this waypoint".
