After installing a replacement IBox V2 that replaced a V1 with a GPS problem that it came with and months of downtime related to that, my new ibox has a massive leak that we have isolated to the iBox itself by checking every connection with vacuum from static port to ibox. Disconnecting the ibox static port and plugging the line with putty reveals <50fpm leak rate. With iBox connected leaks are >2500fpm…
UPDATE:
Got a second tech to help further troubleshoot leaks. Leak was at the connection to the sensor but not the sensor itself. Eliminated the leak by changing tubing to ibox sensors AND adding a small hose clamp.

The nipples are slightly rough. we tend to use soft neoprene tubing which seals very well -= PVC in particular thick walled tubing can be very hard and then it may not seal that well. A very small amount of silicon sealant (RTV is good) smeared around the nipple (don't block the hole) works well.
